My building consulting practice is rooted in a lifelong (54-year) career in architecture and a deep commitment to community-focused and environmentally friendly design. I bring decades of experience leading the design, approval, and delivery of significant local projects—including civic, institutional, and non-profit buildings—into a more focused advisory role.
Now, as an independent consultant representing my client's interests, I work directly with people to provide clear, practical guidance at every stage of a project, helping turn ideas into well-built, lasting places.
Through my practice, I established networks, resources and contacts in all fields of the development and construction industry from research, needs assessments, funding sources, cost estimating, permit approvals, planners, engineers, real estate, funding sources, site feasibility, heritage, environmental specialized reports and inspections, testing, code officials, material and assembly building products to existing building condition studies, construction services and follow up building performance reviews.
